When & Where

When we Meet:

Various workshops and trainings offered throughout the year.

Bethel Coaching is a group of professional coaches who are knit in heart with the revival at the Bethel Church. Our purpose is to promote excellence in coaching at Bethel, Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and the broader Bethel Global Network with the intent to strengthen and support the health and growth of the Body of Christ.

The Practical Tools of the Culture of Honor

Our vision is to teach, train and grow with the skills and concepts of coaching coupled with the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit. Coaching is modeled after the way Jesus asked powerful questions, listened to the heart and challenged people to the greatness that is within them. Coaching tools and techniques facilitate transformation through improved communication skills and by increasing honor and empowerment of others. Coaching tools are ideally applied within ministries, church and business leaderships, families and teams. To that end Bethel Coaching offers a variety of learning opportunities to introduce and cultivate coaching skills for individuals in all walks of life.

Bethel Coaching provides this cutting edge coach training to bring the excellence of coaching skills to the revival movement in an affordable and accessible manner. Taught by professional coaches, the trainings are interactive with demonstrations and exercises to practice the skills introduced.

Some of the key skills in coach training are:

  • Self-Awareness
  • Intuitive Listening
  • Powerful Questions
  • Affirmation and Encouragement
  • Setting Goals and facilitating action

    Bethel Coaching Certification

Bethel Coaching has created a process, by which, interested parties can receive recognition of having completed a specified amount of in-class coach training and achieved a level of competence in coaching skills to qualify them to receive a certificate as a Bethel Coaching trained coach. The requirements for certification are as follows:

    • Successful completion of Level 1, Level 2, and two Level 3 Bethel Coaching training courses (approximately 55 hours of coach training)
    • 25 hours of logged coaching experience
    • 3 hours of mentor coaching with a Bethel Coaching Mentor coach

Although this certification process has been created, Bethel Coaching does not consider itself to be a professional coach certification organization. If one’s intent is to pursue coaching as a profession, we recommend that additional training be sought beyond what we offer.
